SHIPPING INFORMATION
We ship to all of the U.S. via USPS. As the customer selects each product, the shipping is figured live, zip code to zip code, by USPS. Customers select Ground, Priority, or Local Pick-up on the checkout page. The shipping rate given is subject to change and will be charged to the customer's credit card. Credit cards will be charged when the order is shipped and an email will be sent notifying the customer. Since we ship items of varying sizes and weights, your quoted shipping may be different than the actual cost to ship. Our policy is to refund the difference of shipping. For international customers, please contact us for shipping rates. Please don’t hesitate to reach out for any other shipping inquiries.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
At Window Panes, we stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our store. However, in the situation you are not satisfied please follow the instructions below.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Returns must be done within 14 days of your purchase, it must be fully insured before you return any item purchased on our website pending an inspection of that item. A credit refund will be issued for the value of the item including sales tax if applicable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Please follow your return shipping instructions provided.
SPECIAL ORDERS
Any special order items will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Upon inspection, merchandise not returned in new condition may be subject to additional usage fees.
DAMAGES
Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt for any shipping damage. You must notify us within 5 days of receipt and we will give you further instructions. Please do keep all damaged items in their original packaging until further notification.
